Project Director

Javier Val is a Telecommunication engineer from the University of Zaragoza,
MSc. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of
Illinois, Chicago and MBA at the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, Spain. Javier
Val has worked 9 years in international projects as coordinator and in
particular in the DBE project in the Aragon region.

Javier Val worked 4 years in Lucent Technologies. He worked in different
roles, such us, software developer of Intelligent Networks, project manager
and coordinator of project managers for Virtual Private Networks Prepaid and
Post-Paid services for different world-wide customer.

After he studied his MBA he acquired a mix of business and technical
knowledge and he moved to work for the Aragon Institute of Technology, where
he was born, with the mission to introduce technologies and innovation into
the SMEs of the Aragon region. He has been performing that role in the last
5 years.
